(( Embassy Grounds )) :: It was a plan borne of stupidity. He could see that now. Although, it ha= d almost worked, killing a Starfleet officer. He thought he was getting a b= onus as the cursed Starfleet admiral stepped out on the ledge:: :: To his horror, his explosive did not detonate when it should have, and p= anic set in as he was serving the Starfleet doctor. He knew every minute th= e admiral and another man he did not know stood out there, the chances of h= is discovery went up exponentially. The damn detonator, had suffered a fail= ure, and as the explosive detonated, his joy over the event was now colored= by the unfortunate reality that he had crafted no escape plan. Mixing in w= ith the rest of the fleeing guests, Akari made his way out into the evening= , hoping he could escape once the initial fervor was gone. The Embassy was = a big place, and certainly, Starfleet personnel could not be everywhere, bu= t it seemed at the moment, they came out of the walls in response:: ::He didn't know the Embassy well at all, but he knew enough to know that t= hey would be sweeping every building, every nook and cranny...his best chan= ce of escape lay in hiding in the expansive Embassy gardens. That was his o= nly hope of escaping the tightening dragnet. Slipping into the heavy foliag= e, he went in a deep as possible...here he would stay until he could find a= nother method of escape...and if he could not escape, he had another option= , one which he would not fail to use if he had no choice. Akari was beyond = the point of no return...he had no family, no close friends...only his burn= ing hate for these Federation people who his government had embraced with o= pen arms. The Romulans were no better. He wanted Til'ahn to be completely f= ree of these off worlders, and he thought he was striking a small blow for = Laudean independence, a self styled freedom fighter...now he was scared out= of his wits as he listened to the whine of craft overhead. Did they spot h= im? Were the feared, ferocious Starfleet Marines on their way to collect hi= m even now? Cowering beneath a tree, Akari had no choice but to wait it out= , and ope the Fates were with him:: TBC MSPNPC=C2=A0 Akari Denada Lone Bomber As simmed by: Major Hannibal Tiberious Parker Marine CO/Chief Tactical Officer Chief Of Security USS Thor/Duronis II Embassy C238703HP0 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "= UFOP: StarBase 118 - Duronis II Embassy" group.
