((USS Thor, Main Bridge)) Gau Dana: =3D/\=3D Gau Dana to bridge.=3D/\=3D Jorey: =3D/\=3D Go ahead. =3D/\=3D Gau Dana : =3D/\=3D I wish to inform you the admiral has left medical witho= ut permission.=3D/\=3D Jorey: =3D/\=3D Understood. Report to the bridge when you can. =3D/\=3D Gau Dana: =3D/\=3D Acknowledged, Medical out.=3D/\=3D ::Brayden's homecoming would have seemed incomplete without someone= on the senior staff breaking rules and going rogue. He just didn't= expect that it would be Toni. He turned to Kamela beside him with a disapp= roving look still on his face.:: Allison: Commander...we're receiving an incoming message...it seems to be o= riginating from that moon... Jorey: Commander Allison, search the computer for a program T'Mihn = developed to counter the Zalkonian =E2=80=98snuff field'. Allison: Getting it Jorey. Alexander, keep an eye on life support. This snu= ff field is nothing to play around with. Alexander: response ::Something was different about these Zalkonians. Brayden wasn't su= re what it was but they didn't =E2=80=98feel' like the Zalk= onians he'd encountered before. There was something much darker and= more sinister about them. The prospect of less peaceful energy based lifef= orms was a terrifying one.:: Allison: You think the Zalkonians are on that moon Commander? Alexander: response Jorey: I believe that =E2=80=98moon' is a vessel of some kind carry= ing evolved Zalkonian energy lifeforms. ::He paused a moment to let that si= nk in.:: I think it's best to be cautious. Run the program and open= communications. Alexander: response Allison: Program up and running. Hailing frequencies open, Commander... ::The viewscreen remained unchanged from the image of the false moon. It wa= s audio only. Out of habit Brayden tugged at the sleeves of his uniform and= adjusted his collar.:: Jorey: =3D/\=3D Greeting and salutations, Zalkonian Vessel. I am Commander = Brayden Jorey of the USS... =3D/\=3D ::Brayden was abruptly cut off by a voice from the other ship. It was stran= ge sounding. It sounded forced and unlike any Zalkonian he'd heard = before.:: Voice: =3D/\=3D We know who you are Federation. Your people are interfering= with our mission. You have helped our master's people before which= has earned our patience. However, we must ask you to gather your people, l= eave this place, and let our work continue. You have one of your hours. =3D= /\=3D ::The line went dead. Brayden turned to Kamela with an uneasy confusion in = his eyes. The reference to helping their people before could only be when t= he crew of the Embassy helped the evolved energy-based Zalkonians escape fr= om their matter-based brethren. There was another obvious clue to something= strange and unknown.:: Jorey: Master? Allison/Alexander: response Jorey: Is it jut me or was there something suspicious about that voice... a= familliar accent or inflection... ::He shook his head clear and tasked th= e computer from his console to run the transmission through a linguistic an= alysis.:: it just didn't sound particularly Zalkonian to me. Allison/Alexander: response Jorey: Agreed. How can we get the message to them without revealing their i= dentities under their disguise?
