((Starship Br'b Qu - Bridge)) :: Molar spent most of his time lately with a breathing mask on, sitting with his long legs splayed at an odd angle as he checked every inch of every tank, using his hands as much as his head. He had to admit he understood nearly nothing about the Death Fog, but it sure did have complex transportation requirements. He looked up at the Dokkaran as she spoke, his eyes barely apparent between the large breathing shield and his heavily ridged forehead, matted locks hanging in his face.:: Zoyua: Good news! Everything's all ready to go. :: She cackled. :: ::Of course everything was ready to go, he had made it that way. Ships and shuttles were for going. He liked casual conversations, but he didn't like to have them with the elderly woman. Conversations with her always went... weird.:: Molar: News indeed. :: His reply was passive- he didn't want to engage her further. But she could go on- without help. Always a possibility.:: Gerreee: =3D/\=3D General Gerreee to Zoyua - =3D/\=3D Zoyua: =3D/\=3D Hmm? =3D/\=3D Gerreee: =3D/\=3D You and that ::he sneered through the comms.:: = Engineer best have that cargo locked down right. =3D/\=3D :: Molar's shoulders sunk = a little around him as he hunched back down to double-check the internal temperature on tank 6. A warped foot made him useless as a warrior, something he knew diminished him greatly in Gerreee's eyes. He did his best to be useful...:: Zoyua: =3D/\=3D Oh yes. =3D/\=3D :: She patted one of the large barrels and= looked over at the young Klingon. :: =3D/\=3D Right Young, err... :: She peered a= t Nokast for a few moments before finally recalling his name. :: =3D/\=3D You= ng Nokast. Though I really wish you had let me include my other plans. =3D/\= =3D :: His lips pursed a little. He liked Molar better, though it was his last name. It made him feel closer to Molor, when every day the 'more useful' members of their group made him feel farther and farther away. 'What good is a little boy who can't cause pain? Who will you cleanse?':: Molar: It's Molar. Gerreee: =3D/\=3D I don't have to remind you what happened last tim= e. ::he threatened.:: K'Nubis won't be pleased if another load is p= rematurely used. =3D/\=3D Zoyua: =3D/\=3D It's just not same without a squad of atomic powere= d supermen, forty feet tall, with cannons for arms and the ability to breath fire. =3D/\=3D} Molar: We don't have the ceilings for that ::he muttered:: :: Geereee's growl came through before his words and it had Nokast Molar's entire body tensing. Were he in the same room as the general, he probably would have made his way out as quickly as possible.:: Gerreee: =3D/\=3D Are you out of your mind?! ::clearly. Obviously.:: =3D/\= =3D Molar: What good is being forty feet tall? Zoyua: =3D/\=3D Correct, forty feet tall. =3D/\=3D ::He rolled his eyes, doubting the woman listened to any of the words that came from anyone else's mouth:: Gerreee: =3D/\=3D I don't care about that! ::beside himself.:: Just= do your job=3D/\=3D Zoyua: =3D/\=3D Oh then. Goodbye. =3D/\=3D :: She waved to Nokast and the began her slow, slow shuffle back to her labs. Nokast shook the dreads out of his eyes, slowly pushing his gangly self up, and limped to the next storage container. It was just busy work at this point, but he'd rather be here than- well, near Geereee, that was for sure. Though he always looked forward to K'Nubis' speeches. Perhaps they would have one soon. Those were- the moments he felt closest to Molor, and to the others.:: --- Nokast Molar Engineer, Follower of Molor As simmed by, Ensign Reema Poq Medical Starbase 118 Ops O239510RP0 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "= UFOP: StarBase 118 - StarBase 118 Ops" group.
